TEAM MANAGER DUTIES
The Team Manager is responsible for making sure the kids have a healthy snacks for each game. Some teams find a phone tree works, others set up email lists, but at all times it is the team manager’s job to be sure the message made it to all parents. We have provided a link to a free online tracking website (SignUp Genius).
The Team Manager is responsible for making sure all waste around the fields from parents and kids is picked up and disposed of properly after each game. Assign duties to Team Parents to assist with the chore.
The Team Manager is also responsible for assisting the Coach in communicating to the team members when games are cancelled due to weather or alerting the team about upcoming events.
The Team Manager and Coach must have an up-to-date roster with complete contact info at each game/practice. This info is very valuable if a player is injured and a parent is not present.
The Team Manager is resonsable for helping enforce the "Code of Conduct"
